Registration & Cancellation Policies:

• All discounted registration rates for CAR Affiliate and ACP Members will be verified that your organization is current. Please make sure to use your company email address when registering to ensure a smooth registration process. If you are a current member of the CAR Affiliates or ACP Programs and have questions about registering please contact Mark Garrison, VP Marketing & Communications, at [email protected].
• All Education, Government, and Nonprofit discounted registration rates, please make sure you use your institution or organization email address when registering to ensure a smooth registration process.
• Any registrations submitted for discounted registrations that are invalid or can not be verified will be refunded.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or via the Whova Registration Portal.
• For Cancellations through July 1, 2023, there is a $150 cancellation fee. After July 1, 2023, no refunds are permitted.
