Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams serves as the People Operations Consultant for the Center for Automotive Research.  He joins CAR with 10 years of experience working for medium to large organizations within various areas of people operations.  Jeff believes that people are an organization’s greatest asset and through his broad experience, he develops programs that focus on employee engagement and optimization of workforce performance.

Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from Chatham University with a concentration in business strategy & entrepreneurship and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo majoring in Human Resource Management.
